 Lost weight very quickly

I commend this one for any person who wants to lose weight very quickly. I started taking it and felt a divergence in just a few days. You recognise im ususally that chic that loves her meat and potatoes kind of girl and a vege was just decoration on the plate! I loved being a plus sized girl, just loved my curves but then it hit me. I invented heel spurs, had aches and pains just getting out of bed, and got tired just walking to the bathroom room 15 steps away! So my dr was like it is time hun to eat healthy. So thats what i have been doing for the last 2 months or so. And i have to confess i have lost 9 pounds, drowning myself in 2 liters of water a day, portioning out means, and 3 days a week of exercize, so i was at a standstill.
